These words are from a journal found in a box of books donated to the Main Library in Dallas. I don't know who the author was, or who donated the books. The diary is hand-written in a small hard cover book entitled "An Illustrated Gardener's Notebook: for record-keeping, gardening tips and garden planning". They are transcribed as written with no editorial changes or corrections. I have substituted first initials for names to protect this unknown family. Start with the post "Introduction".
